What are your opening hours?
We're open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00, and closed on Sundays. The banner near the top of the page shows live whether the shop is open right now.
Can you resize a ring while I wait?
Many ring resizing jobs and small repairs are done the same day, often while you wait — customers regularly mention having several pieces sized in one visit. Bring the ring in, or message a photo on WhatsApp and we'll tell you what's possible.
Do you make custom or bespoke pieces?
Yes — bespoke and customised jewellery is one of the things we're best known for. Bring a loose stone, an initial or name idea, or a piece to remodel, and we'll design and mount it with you. Recent examples include a moldavite mounted in sterling silver and an initial pendant made for a birthday.
Do you buy gold?
We do — 9ct to 24ct gold, plus silver and platinum, including broken and scrap pieces. Bring it in for an in-person valuation and a price. Values move with the market, so it's always an over-the-counter quote rather than a fixed rate.
